We offer free delivery with tracking for all our UK customers over who spend over £50 We'll even send you an email with the tracking information. It's also really easy to return things to us and we handle your returns quickly. If you're an international customer then shipping is just £9.95 per order for a priority tracked service.

Regular Deliveries and Returns
Because I believe everything on my website is First class, I am sending every order over £50 by Royal Mail First Class free of charge. If you order before 1pm your items will be sent out same day, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
For orders under £50 I will send your parcel free of charge by Royal Mail Special delivery for £6.95 and will require a signature. Again, if you order before 1pm I will send your package out the same day, Monday to friday excluding Public Holidays
You can choose next day delivery if you need it next day and its under £50 at checkout.
If you need something guaranteed on a Saturday ( I know how important it is to have that must have item for Saturday night) our Royal Mail Special Delivery next day with Saturday Guarantee service is also available at checkout for £10.35 providing you place your order before 1pm on a Friday.
Don't worry if you live outside the UK mainland - we deliver all over the world.

We ship to the USA, China, Japan etc. by International Air Sure which takes approx 4 - 5 working days. International Airsure offer a track and trace service.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same day by Royal Mail International Airsure who offer a track and trace service If it is likely to take longer then we will let you know, although this is uncommon. You will be required to sign on on receipt. International Airsure takes approx 2 - 3 business days to Europe
We endeavour to keep adequate stock of all items listed on our website, however in the event of an item being out of stock you are entitled to choose either to wait until it arrives back in stock, or to cancel your order. If an item you order should be out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible.
Every item that you buy from Love Poppy will be packaged in lovely packaging . This is included in your packaging and postage costs!
If you would like us to write a note with the parcel and deliver it direct to your friend/ family member as a gift, let us know when you purchase an item and we will write a personalised message of 25 words or less.
Late and Lost Deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the Royal Mail. Quite often, a delivery attempt has been made but a card has not been left. Any order discrepancies relating to missing/lost items must be reported to us in writing via our contact form within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
International delivery - When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.
Items not received but tracked as being delivered - This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) by filling in a signature request form. Please note that cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
Love Poppy Ltd cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
Delivery of goods to an incorrect but deliverable address as provided by the customer is the responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery of a non-existent address is also the responsibility of the purchaser
I understand that sometimes some things won't be exactly what you were expecting when they arrive so if this happens, don't worry, just fill in the form below (within 14 days of purchase) and await a response. You may be interested to know that I issue refunds promptly.
In order to qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in an undamaged, unused condition in its original packaging and with any original certificates or documentation relating to it. I can't accept the return of a used item and all returns are subject to my approval on receipt of the item.
I reserve the right to refuse a refund if it is not returned to us within 14 days of pruchase of the item. In the event that the item it returned to us outside this time frame I may issue you with a credit note.
In the event that you need to return a faulty item to me, please fill in the form below to let me know and I will endeavour to refund or replace the item, providing it is found under analysis of the item that any such fault is as a result of something out of your control. I will only refund items with a genuine manufacturing fault so please do not contact me about items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear.
Please do not just send the item back without informing me first - I'm out and about a lot so I rely on these forms! Fill out the form below and await my response. When I have acknowledged your intent to return the item(s) please send to me at: Love Poppy Ltd, Love Poppy Barn, Barnfield, Willbank Lane, Faddiley, Nantwich, CW5 8JG. I recommend you use Recorded Delivery or another tracked service to return your item and always make sure you obtain a proof of postage for your package.
Please note I do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons unless genuine manufacturer's fault
My returns policy is pretty strict because we adhere to the highest quality standards. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your swimwear. Any item you return needs to be eligible to be put back into stock and later sent to another customer. For this reason, returned items must be in unworn, unsoiled and perfect condition. Perfect/new condition includes protective shields on swimsuit bottoms, re-sealable and accompanying bags, and items properly folded with all tags in place.
I cannot accept garments that have been soiled, abused, damaged, or laundered. Any item received in this or any altered condition will be sent back to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment, and forfeit all claims.
Returning Sale items
Items bought in our sale can be returned for an exchange OR refund as per our normal returns policy.
First class customer discount does not apply to SALE items
